We use only quality ingredients to produce our premium artisan chorizos like the best sweet smoked Spanish paprika. The paprika becomes concentrated in the free range meat, pork fat with the fresh garlic & herbs infusing as the chorizos cure.

The Maker says…

We are a husband and wife team producing our chorizos uniquely at home and we aren't farmers! My husband is Spanish and we keep to the old recipe from his village as much as possible. We are both passionate about good quality artisan foods, keeping to original recipes and using local natural ingredients. Our chorizos have no added preservatives; instead we use a starter culture (think yogurt and cheese making), local free range pork, Spanish paprika (as it's the best!), fresh garlic and herbs. The casings are natural so no need to peel! Both our spicy and original flavour premium artisan chorizos are cured in our Spanish chorizo cabinets. They are posted out vacuum packed as at the moment this is the easiest way to deliver them. They are ready to eat or can be used in cooking but do not fry; add to moist methods of cooking for example pasta/rice.
