This versatile plant-based almond ricotta is soft and fluffy, with a sprinkle of organic herbs and extra virgin organic olive oil. We handcraft our vegan cheeses and use no artificial additives or preservatives. Our artisan cheeses are made using the traditional process of fermentation, which creates beneficial enzymes and strains of gut-friendly live cultures, b-vitamins and minerals. This Almond Ricotta is delicious as a spread, and is great for those on a plant based or dairy free diet.
