Orange & Basil Beef started out as a bit of an experiment but it fast became one of our personal favourites! It's a slightly unusual but very tasty combination of tender strips of beef cooked in a tangy citrus and basil sauce. Our recipe card suggests using a pan to keep things simple but the recipe also works a treat in the slow cooker (we used brisket). The kit contains easy-to-follow instructions and the exact spices and herbs that you'll need to make up to 8 servings. The instructions are written for 2 though so you don't have to cook it all up at once.
