Fresh tomato tasting premium ketchup with delicate mustard flavours that has the addition of 1.3% habanero Chilli providing a medium delayed heat, smooth texture and a great balance of sweetness and acidity.

The Maker says…

Our 'Big Kick' has won numerous awards at Chilli festivals around the UK in the medium heat category and has lovely delayed heat that builds. This means particularly when you add it to dishes like stews, casseroles and soups, it doesn't take away from the flavour of the dish as the spice is afterwards and not before. It is also gluten, dairy and nut free and vegan and vegetarian friendly. We also love creating dips using crème fraiche and mayonnaise, different marinades as well as using it as a table sauce for burgers, sausages and hot dogs throughout the year!

Tomato paste (18.7%), chopped tomatoes (17.4%), Tomato Juice, Citric acid, , Sugar, Spirit vinegar, Dijon Mustard, water, mustard seeds, salt, onion, , rapeseed oil, cayenne pepper, habanero chilli (1.3%), turmeric, garlic puree, mustard flour, lemen juice concentrate, paprika, black pepper, Xanthan glum, wholegrain mustard, white wine vinegar, spices, jalapeño chilli
