These beautifully decorated mini fruitcakes are handmade from a traditional family recipe which is over 100 years old which highlights the best of British and Jamaican cuisine. The process of creating each of our cakes takes at least 18 months to get to market.
This process is a work of passion which it takes patience and dedication to create our exquisite handmade treats.
