Walnuts caramelised in Grade A maple syrup with cinnamon and salt, enrobed in 45% milk chocolate.

Good quality maple syrup has to be one of our favourite sweet treats. For our Maple Caramelised Walnuts we use Grade A dark robust maple syrup and add a bit of cinnamon and vanilla. Caramelising the nuts gives them a lovely crunch, and who can resist the combination of walnuts and maple? Not us, that’s for sure!
And then, just to make them even better, we enrobe them in quality Belgian milk chocolate. In this case we use a delicious 45% milk chocolate from Vietnam. Is this the perfect snack?
