We use hand-harvested seaweeds fresh from the Yorkshire Coast, blended with organic herbs and spices by talented chefs. All our seaweed is sustainable and we use local suppliers and British ingredients wherever we can. Add to all savoury dishes, especially seafood, but also meat, vegetables or eggs. Kombu Kelp is a healthy alternative to salt with a rich, umami depth. Watch out for more delicious varieties coming very soon. Seaweed doesn’t just taste delicious, it’s also really good for both you AND the environment. We’ll soon be growing our own seaweed - using only sunlight and the cold, clean, nutrient-rich waters of the North Sea. Our seaweed farm will provide a new, safe habitat for marine life and oxygenate the surrounding water whilst absorbing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Read more
