The name Highball comes from the iconic Highball glass, the main fixture of all cocktail bars representing sophistication, style and a sense of occasion. All of our cocktails contain less than half the calories of a standard cocktail and are made with natural ingredients including agave, botanicals, fresh juices and bitters.
We are husband and wife team Red and Kate Johnson. We were seeking alcohol free alternatives to our favourite cocktails that were delicious, convenient and would be suitable for social occasions and drinking at home.
