Our Lemon Drizzle cake is a wonder of cakes - As soon as they are made we freeze them, as they freeze very well.
The Maker says…
You’ll receive them by royal mail by which time they will be thawed and ready to eat - they keep a good 7 days after that, if you can stop eating them.
We don’t despatch these on on a Friday as a lot of Saturday deliveries have now been suspended, so any Friday order will be sent out on the following Monday
Best kept in a airtight container.
Enjoyed with afternoon tea or just on their own. Lovely and moist and leaving you wondering after the first slice if you just eat only 1 slice - I know I can’t and normally have at least 2, sometimes 3.
