We have been making Biltong and Droewors from the time we were able to start helping in the kitchen. Droewors is a traditional South African snack food, based on the traditional, coriander-seed spiced boerewors sausage. It is crafted and dried. Our Chilli Droewors is a perfect on-the-go snack for paleo and keto dieters. And the added warmth from the chilli is not too overpowering.
