Barbados sauce is Earl’s signature dish that people travel miles to taste. A homemade mild coconut curry sauce with herbs and tropical flavours to bring a little sunshine any meat, fish or vegetable dish.
You can use this sauce as the base of your own caribbean curry, with pasta or as a stir fry sauce.
